• To generate AI-powered bid responses
• To send tender alerts and notifications
• To process payments and manage subscriptions

3. AI Processing

Your bid answers and company information are sent to AI language models (Anthropic Claude) to generate bid responses. This data is processed in accordance with our data processing agreements and is not used to train AI models.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers (hosting, email, payment processing)
• AI providers (Anthropic) for bid generation
• As required by Australian law

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in Australia where available). We use encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications
